Apply a cold compress gently for 5–10 minutes at a time to reduce swelling
Take antihistamine ie. Reactin/Benadryl as needed to reduce swelling
Keep the area clean
Drink plenty of water

Touching, pressing, or massaging the treated area (unless instructed)
Makeup for 12-24 hours
Alcohol for 24 hours
Strenuous exercise for 24 hours
Excessive heat: saunas, hot tubs, hot yoga
Excessive salt intake (can worsen swelling)

Avoid facials, facial massage, or skin treatments
Avoid sleeping on your face
Sleep on your back if possible
Avoid kissing or pressure if lips were treated
