Dermal Fillers

  • DO:

    • Apply a cold compress gently for 5–10 minutes at a time to reduce swelling

    • Take antihistamine ie. Reactin/Benadryl as needed to reduce swelling

    • Keep the area clean

    • Drink plenty of water

  • AVOID:

      • Touching, pressing, or massaging the treated area (unless instructed)

      • Makeup for 12-24 hours

      • Alcohol for 24 hours

      • Strenuous exercise for 24 hours

      • Excessive heat: saunas, hot tubs, hot yoga

      • Excessive salt intake (can worsen swelling)

  • First 48 Hours

    • Avoid facials, facial massage, or skin treatments

    • Avoid sleeping on your face

    • Sleep on your back if possible

    • Avoid kissing or pressure if lips were treated

    • Avoid flying if possible


  • First 2 Weeks

    • Avoid: Laser treatments, microneedling, chemical peels, dental work

    • Do not massage lumps unless instructed by your injector

Microneedling

alone or w/ Vamp salmon DNA, PRP or PRF

  • DO:

    • Leave skin untouched as much as possible

      • If PRP/PRF was applied, leave it on for at least 6–12 hours (overnight is ideal)

    • Stay well hydrated

    • Sleep on a clean pillowcase

    • Take antihistamine ie. Reactin/Benadryl as needed to reduce swelling from PRP/PRF


  • AVOID:

    • Washing your face for 6–12 hours

    • Makeup for 24 hours

    • Touching, rubbing, or picking skin

    • Exercise/Sweating

    • Heat exposure: sauna, hot tubs, hot yoga, extremely hot showers 

    • Alcohol

  • You may:

    • Cleanse with a gentle cleanser

    • Apply hydrating serums (ie. hyaluronic acid)

    • Apply gentle moisturizer

    • Apply SPF

  • AVOID:

    • Active skincare: No retinol, AHA/BHA, vitamin, or benzoyl peroxide

    • No exercise if skin feels inflamed

    • No sun exposure

Fat Reduction

  • DO:

    • Apply cold compresses gently (10 minutes on / 10 minutes off)

    • Keep your head elevated (especially if chin was treated)

    • Stay upright for 4–6 hours

  • AVOID:

    • Touching, rubbing, or massaging the area

    • Strenuous exercise

    • Alcohol

    • Tight clothing around the neck/area treated

  • First 48 Hours

    Continue to avoid:

    • Exercise

    • Alcohol

    • Heat exposure: saunas, hot tubs, hot yoga

  • Swelling Duration:

    • Most swelling improves in 7–14 days

    • Mild swelling can last 3–4 weeks

  • DO:

    • Sleep with head slightly elevated

    • Stay hydrated

    DO NOT:

    • Massage the treated area

    • Undergo other treatments unless advised

  • Avoid active skincare:

    • Retinol

    • AHA/BHA

    • Vitamin C

  • You may experience (NORMAL):

    • Small bumps at injection points

    • Redness

    • Mild swelling, tenderness

    • Bruising


    These typically resolve within 24–72 hours

  • DO:

    • Apply a cold compress gently if needed (5–10 minutes at a time)

Massage the treated areas:

  • 5 minutes

  • 5 times per day

  • For 5 days

This helps distribute the product evenly and prevents nodule formation.

Use clean hands and moderate pressure.

    Normal symptoms include:

    • Swelling

    • Tenderness

    • Bruising

    • Redness

    • Mild firmness

    First 1–2 Weeks

    You may still feel:

    • Firmness

    • Small bumps (these typically soften with massage)

    • Apply cold compresses if needed (5–10 minutes at a time)
